Whathouse? Award Winners

After an extraordinary year of highs and lows, we’re delighted to say that we are seeing out 2020 with something well worth celebrating. In the summer we entered the WhatHouse Awards, which is the biggest event in the UK new homes industry. In fact, it’s so prestigious it’s often referred to as the 'Oscars' of the UK housebuilding industry. It attracts the biggest names, including many of our peers, and winners are announced across a wide range of categories – and this year we are proud to say that we are amongst them.

During what was excellent virtual ceremony hosted by Romesh Ranganathan, we were honoured with a Silver Award for Best Medium Housebuilder. The award is a testament to the hard work of everyone across our organisation and an especially proud one after such a challenging year.

Winners are judged and then carefully selected based on a wide variety of factors. For us, highlights that set us apart are our commitment to sustainability and to building homes and communities for over 85 years. The quality of our homes inside and out also differentiated us –from our expertly fitted kitchens, bathrooms and modern appliances to the thoughtfully designed local streets and landscapes of our developments.
