First Class service at Copcut Rise

The couple were so impressed that they reserved their five-bedroom Ashburn at Copcut Rise, Droitwich, on the same day that they viewed the show home.

“The sales team was amazing, they’ve treated us so well,” said Arabel (30). “This is the third new-build property we’ve bought in five years, each one from different developers, and it’s by far the best experience we’ve had.

“It was wonderful that so much was included in the price, unlike some other companies who charge for extras. Things like having the back garden turfed and window blinds fitted has been a bonus for us.”

Arabel grew-up in Droitwich and the couple moved to the stylish development from Manchester at the end of last year to be closer to her family. They even recommended Copcut Rise to her younger sister, Brittani, who has now bought a property there too.

“We’re trying to get all the family to move here, we love it so much!” said Arabel.

The couple originally met in the Royal Navy and now work for West Midlands Trains. “We can even see our house when we drive the trains along the Droitwich line,” added Sam (31).

Also sharing the spacious Ashburn are their four beautiful Bengal cats: Myha, Ori, Flint and Theo. “They love it too and have settled in really well,” said Arabel. Flint even enjoys exercising on a large indoor hamster-style wheel.

“The whole move to Copcut Rise has been a wonderful experience and has truly brought me ‘home’ to my family,” added Arabel. “I can’t speak highly enough of William Davis Homes. They certainly deserve the 5-star award for customer service. They’ve all been brilliant.”
