One year on: Firm foundations lead to more success for housebuilder
Award winning housing developer William Davis Homes is building on its continued success in the West Midlands by securing a number of potential new sites throughout the region.
It comes as the company’s West Midlands office in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, marks its first anniversary.
The specialist land and planning team based in central Leamington Spa has been building on the business’ firm foundations in the region and is now well placed to deliver hundreds of high-quality new homes across the West Midlands.
The team includes West Midlands Land Director Matt Colloby, Planning Manager James Chatterton and Senior Land Manager Andrew Morgan.

The company has won the industry’s prestigious Five Star status for the eighth year in a row. The award from the Home Builders Federation is based solely on independent customer satisfaction surveys.
