Our fourth William Davis home!

A couple who work in construction have moved into their fourth home built by HBF 5-star housebuilder William Davis Homes – praising the company’s exceptional quality.

Laura and Daniel are now settled in their first detached home from the housebuilder – a four-bedroom Middleton at Treetops, the company’s landmark development in Matlock.

And as this is their fourth home, the couple’s breadth of experience in the industry – Laura is an estimator and Daniel a commercial manager – certainly proves they fully appreciate the quality and high standards of these beautiful traditionally built homes.

Laura said:

“Neither of us work for William Davis Homes, but our jobs mean it’s quite easy for us to identify good quality builds. This, coupled with excellent craftsmanship, means William Davis Homes are great value for money too.

“We’re absolutely thrilled with our new home. It’s built with locally sourced Birchover Stone and the finish both inside and out is terrific; we couldn’t be happier.” Laura and Daniel knew what to expect when purchasing their new home – they first moved into a William Davis Homes’ property when they rented a flat on the company’s earlier Matlock development, Morledge.

They then bought their first home from the company in 2013 on the same development, a two-bedroom mid-terrace Eden, before moving into the three-storey Wyvern.

The couple, who share their home with two beagles −Jenson and Cooper – opted for the government’s Help to Buy scheme to purchase the property. This allows buyers to purchase a property with only 5% deposit and helps fund up to 20% of the purchase price in the form of a loan.

Laura and Daniel also benefited from William Davis Homes’ bespoke soft furnishings package, meaning their home came complete with flooring, carpets, curtains and blinds, which really pleased Laura – a style aficionado; check her out on Instagram @our_new_build_middleton
