Five Star Endorsement at Prince’s Place

After moving in to the five-bedroom Ashburn at Prince’s Place, Radcliffe on Trent, in August 2020, Ryan says the company fully deserves its status as a five-star builder for the seventh consecutive year.

“The company’s values shone through right from the start,” said Ryan. “They take a collaborative approach to achieving the five star status. The customer care is excellent. They really want to look after you and nothing is too much trouble.”

Ryan (40) works in the construction industry himself and appreciates the hard work of the various teams involved in the whole process.

“From the design and build, to the sales and customer care teams, there was a genuine feeling that they want the best for you. We bought off-plan and they kept us informed all the way. The attention to detail was excellent.”

William Davis Homes has won the industry’s five-star award for seven years running, under the Home Builders Federation scheme for customer satisfaction.

Ryan and his wife Laura, along with daughters Matilda (10) and Isabelle (8), moved from a 1930’s house on the other side of Radcliffe on Trent. The family is now enjoying life on the new development.

“There’s a lovely, positive feeling among people at Prince’s Place,” said Ryan. “It’s so relaxed and friendly, it almost feels like you’re on holiday. I’m now trying to persuade my parents to move here!”
