For Nicole Ruiz, one of our sales consultants, that’s exactly what happened. Here’s her story…
“I love my job as a sales consultant for William Davis Homes, the homes we build are exceptional, and our developments are always beautifully designed and in the best locations.
“Being part of the process of helping people buy a brand-new home is very rewarding, it’s an exciting time and although it can be stressful, my job is to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. It’s always really satisfying when people move in and you can see them settling in and enjoying their new environment.
“I’ve lived in a William Davis Home before, on the lovely Grange Park development in Loughborough, and with my son now away at university, I decided it was time for my first detached house, so started to check out the market.
“Of course, I wanted a quality home, on a beautiful development and already being familiar with and very fond of Buttercup Fields in Shepshed – having worked there for some years – I was delighted when I spotted a particular house for sale on RightMove.
“I recognised the three-bedroom Lea immediately, as I’d sold it as a new property only a year ago. I could hardly believe my luck, not only was it exactly the sort of home I was looking for, but I had helped choose the kitchen – which I just love – together with lots of other finishing touches. In fact, it felt as if it already had my stamp on it.”
With Nicole’s house sold and things in place for the move everything was going smoothly until Nicole tested positive for Covid 19 and had to self-isolate for 10 days.
“I was really concerned this would impact on the whole process, but I was so impressed how professional and helpful everyone involved was, working together so I could move into my new home as soon as possible.
“Now I’m here, I find I really appreciate the attention to detail that goes into every William Davis home and development. The quality is second to none and I absolutely love my new home, which has a very cottage-like feel, yet with plenty of space to accommodate my son when he comes home from university.
“The location itself is perfect, close to everywhere, yet so quiet, I really do feel as if I’m living in the country. Buttercup Fields has a wonderful atmosphere and there are walks and open spaces everywhere; I’ve never slept so well as I do here.
“And of course, having worked here I already know most of my neighbours, and with my spacious new garden I’ve lots of plans for summer, when we’ll all be able to meet up and enjoy what I already knew would be the perfect home for me,” said Nicole.
