Our highly successful apprenticeship programme has gained national recognition for delivering exceptional apprentices. Our traditional training programme gives the opportunity to ‘earn and learn’ whilst gaining a professional qualification and establishing a life-long career. Each year we work in close partnership with the CITB and local colleges to recruit both craft and technical apprentices who will train alongside our highly experienced and dedicated mentors.

William Davis is currently recruiting for its 2024 apprenticeship intake. Our apprenticeship scheme offers real life experience in the construction industry through practical on-site training and college attendance. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals that are looking to develop their craft skills in a construction career across the following trades;







What is involved in a William Davis apprenticeship?

  • Working outdoors (8.00am till 4.30pm)
  • Developing practical craft skills using your hands
  • Working on a live construction site 5 days a week
  • Attending college (on block or day release)
  • Mentored by experienced tradespeople
  • Supported by your College and Training Agency
  • Commitment to a 3 or 4 year training programme achieving a Level 2 or 3 Standard Intermediate or Advanced Apprenticeship

What are the entry requirements?

Ideal applicants will possess, or be working towards at least four GCSE’s Level 4 /5 (equivalent to c or above) Successful applicants will be available to start August 2024.

As an award-winning five-star house builder, William Davis Homes has an outstanding reputation for delivering high quality family homes across the Midlands and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales professional to join our team.

This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual looking to showcase their sales skills within a well-established and growing business.

The ideal candidate will possess a good amount of knowledge and experience of the new homes sector, along with excellent customer service and negotiation skills. Good time management skills are essential as is the ability to build strong working relationships with third parties including estate agents, solicitors, and banks.

We are looking for a dynamic and driven team member that is passionate about sales, property, and customer service.

In return we offer a competitive base salary and attractive commission and bonus scheme, plus company benefits. 30 hrs per week (Please be aware that this role involves working regular weekends and Bank Holidays).
