Extra safety measures

The additional measures we have put in-place will help create an environment where everyone feels safe and comfortable.

These are the latest safety measures we've put in place:

• All visitors (who aren't exempt) will now need to wear a face mask in our sales offices and show homes so please bring one with you
• Temperature screenings will be taken for all visitors upon entering the sales office. Anyone showing a temperature of 38 degrees or above will not be permitted entry, this includes our staff who are also tested daily

The following measures already in place will still apply:

• Social distancing measures
• Appointment-only bookings
• Having a maximum occupancy rule around the sales area complex
• The use of sanitising stations upon arrival and exit
• The use of protective screens on our sales desks
• The use of protective gloves and show coverings when viewing the show homes

Once our Sales Advisors confirm your appointment, you will also receive an email detailing are safety measures and what to expect when you arrive.
