Leading housebuilder William Davis Homes has worked through the challenges of Covid and secured the industry’s gold standard ‘5 star’ status for the sixth year in row. Building on previous success, the company received a record score from its customers.
The prestigious 5 Star Award is the highest rating given by the Home Builders Federation. Based on customer satisfaction surveys, the accolade reflects every element of the Loughborough-based family firm, from the outstanding quality of the homes to the excellent customer service.
The award is only given to companies where more than ninety percent of their customers would recommend them to a friend. William Davis Homes scored a record 98% satisfaction level overall.
Guy Higgins, Managing Director of William Davis Homes, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to have received such glowing praise yet again from our customers. To win this award for the sixth successive year recognises the achievements and resilience of our committed workforce.
“It demonstrates a real team effort at a time when Covid-19 has brought new challenges to everyone at the company. To maintain our extremely high standards during such a difficult time is a credit to all those connected with the company.”
William Davis Homes has a strong reputation for success. As well as winning HBF 5 Star status last year, 2020 saw the company secure SILVER for Best Medium Housebuilder in the national WhatHouse? Awards and was commended in the Housebuilder of the Year category at the Insider Residential Property Awards. That followed three other major industry awards in 2019, for house-building, marketing and training.
