Building new homes over three generations
We've been building new homes since 1935 and so it's well and truly in our blood. We employ highly skilled tradesmen, apprentices, building professionals and support staff across the whole business. In addition we have a number of contractors that have a strong commitment to our various teams in their endeavours and achievements.
Perhaps it's no surprise, then that over the years we won awards from The Daily Express, NHBC and the New Homes Marketing Board. In addition to that we continue to attract accolades from our most important judges, our customers. In our surveys 95% say they would buy a William Davis home again.
