Spanish Splendour Introduced At Grange Park

Monday, 28th June 2010

Potential buyers at Grange Park, Loughborough will be able to add a touch of Spain to their new homes with the launch of a new range of ceramic tiles for kitchens and bathrooms.

Sales co-ordinators from William Davis Homes were given an on-site, bespoke demonstration and training session by the tiles supplier, Lee Jackson of Porcelanosa, a Spanish manufacturer with nationwide UK offices and HQ near Valencia. Stephanie Holland, Wendy Parry and Claire Bryers together with sales and marketing manager, Ann Edwards and sales administrator, Sally Brookes were appraised of the full range of ceramics and porcelain tiles, which are available in a mix of both contemporary and classic designs reflective of their Spanish origins.

Lee Jackson said: "Our Spanish roots are inherent in the designs of all our products, which has proved extremely popular with clients and customers alike. The demonstration with William Davis sales co-ordinators enabled me to fully explain the products, their features and functionality and allowed a much more hands-on approach than simply sending through some literature."

Ann Edwards added: "Lee's presentation was extremely helpful and interactive. The team was keen to ask the questions potential buyers would have and are now fully prepared and briefed to talk confidently about the products. I am sure our clients will enjoy personalising their new homes by choosing their interiors and embracing their Spanish style!"

The full spectrum of tiles is available now to potential buyers and William Davis can offer bespoke design advice for both walls and floors. As of September, the company will launch its new, purpose-built marketing suite at Grange Park, which will offer homebuyers a comprehensive introduction to the properties available.
