William Davis Homes sales co-ordinator, Stephanie Holland has just five plots available under the HomeBuy Direct scheme at the company's flagship private housing development, Grange Park in Loughborough.
With the application deadline for this unique scheme scheduled as Friday 16th July, Stephanie has already shown a number of potential buyers around the stunning two and three bedroom properties, which are available for just 70% of the purchase price with no deposit.

Under the HomeBuy Direct Scheme, buyers own 100% of the property and William Davis and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) jointly provide a loan for the remaining 30%. East Midlands Housing is partnering William Davis in the scheme.
