20th NHBC Award For Cawston Fields Site Manager, Tony Armson

Tony Armson, a site manager at Loughborough-based William Davis Ltd, has won his 20th NHBC Award for his work at the company's Cawston Fields site in Rugby - the most NHBC Awards ever achieved by a site manager in William Davis' 74 year history.
Following on from his success as a 'Supreme Winner*' last year, Tony has once again continued to make improvements on site and was awarded the Medium Category Regional Award for his efforts. The NHBC judges were especially impressed with Tony's detailed brick and cavity work, his attention to detail across all trades and the excellent teamwork evident during NHBC visits.
Bob Jones, one of the Pride in the Job Supreme judges said: "You cannot fault Tony's workmanship - he has established some of the best quality checking systems around - and his exceptional eye for detail is evident in the high-quality new homes he produces."
Tony added: "I'm extremely proud to have reached this milestone, although all the awards are really for the whole team. What we have collectively achieved at Cawston Fields over the years is amazing - eight Quality Awards, seven Seals of Excellence, four Regional Awards and then the Supreme Award in 2008. I'm very fortunate to be part of such a dedicated and hard-working team."
