Our Apprenticeship Scheme has operated for over 63 years, is registered with the relevant Training Agencies and follows the Construction Apprenticeship Scheme. This involves being trained by an Apprentice Master and attending local colleges to achieve NVQ Level 3. Full Health & Safety training is also provided.
In 2006 the Company Apprenticeship Scheme was recognised by the Learning & Skills Council as the Employer of the Year in the category for 'employers of over 250 employees'. In 2008 we came second in the National Training Awards for large employers, an exceptional achievement.
