William Davis was founded in 1935 and today is one of the region's largest building companies with projects including property development, partnerships, design & build, urban regeneration, land & planning, general contracting and private housing.
Our activities span across a number of industries from retail developments, office space and distribution, through to education, healthcare and civic amongst others.
The company has a directly employed team of over 500 highly skilled tradesmen, apprentices, building professionals and support staff. In addition we have a number of contractors that have a strong commitment to our various teams in their endeavours and achievements. Perhaps that's why over the years we've received so many awards from the industry and more importantly recognition from accolades from our customers and partners.
