Finding an option that's right for you

As well as our range of buying options, we can talk to you about working out a personalised scheme that suits your individual needs and circumstances. Ask your sales consultant to help your put together a tailored buying option that's ideal for you.

Early Exchange Discount

If you can exchange contracts within four weeks, you may be eligible for an early exchange discount.

Normally to be eligible for this discount you would already have a complete chain for the sale of your property, or your move would not be dependent on you selling your home first.

Find out more about this option and ask your sales consultant to give you more details. Please note the offer cannot be combined with other deals or discounts.

Part Exchange

For some of our properties we may be able to offer you a part exchange. Please talk to your sales consultant to find out if you may be eligible for this offer.

Assisted Move

If you're buying a new home from us our Assisted Move scheme could help make your move easier. We pay the estate agent fees using our own preferred agent to make sure you're home is sold so that you can move straight into your new home as soon as it's completed.

Talk to your sales consultant to find out more and see whether this is a suitable option for you.

Chain Breaker

If you're still waiting for the person buying your home to sell their property then our chain breaker scheme could help you move things along. Basically we consider buying their property in order to complete the chain and freeing you up to complete the purchase of your William Davis home.

If this is something you might be interested in then please talk to your sales consultant to find out more.

Free Valuation

We may be able to provide you with a free valuation of your current home to help you get started with your search and purchase of a new home.

Our in-house team use their expertise of the housing market and work alongside trusted local estate agents to provide you with a valuation.

If you'd like to know more please contact the sales consultant at the relevant development.
