Kirkby Road, Barwell, Leicester Demoltion has commenced on site at Kirkby Road, Barwell, where a partnership scheme with East Midlands Housing will provide a mix of 20 new build timber frame houses and apartments alongside the conversion of the existing building into four apartments.
Rock Valley, Mansfield William Davis has commenced work on a housing development in the heart of the Mansfield conservation area. In partnership with East Midlands Housing Association and Mansfield District Council, Rock Valley will provide 16 new apartments for shared ownership.
SWaN, Weakland Crescent, Sheffield, Phase 1 William Davis has commenced work on the first phase of a £135m housing regeneration scheme in Sheffield, in partnership with Home, Sheffield City Council and supported by the Housing Corporation.
Debdale Lane, Keyworth A partnership scheme with Metropolitan Housing is well underway at Debdale Lane in Keyworth. This £2.2m scheme is the first undertaken by the company to achieve a level 3 rating in the Code for Sustainable Homes. When complete, 21 new two, three and four bedroom homes will be avilable for shared ownership and market rent.
Beacon Centre, Wolverhampton William Davis were selected for a £14m contract in partnership with Bromford Housing Group to redevelop a new state of the art complex for the Beacon Centre for the Blind in Wolverhampton.
Riversfield Drive, Rocester, Staffordshire Won in competition, work is underway on the regeneration of the Riversmead Estate in Rocester for Trent & Dove Housing. Riversmead Estate is the first scheme to be procured under Trent & Dove's new framework agreement.
Heathfield House, Leicester Recognised with a 2008 Green Apple Award, Leicester's former YWCA building has been converted from a 48 bed hostel into 24 self contained flats for 16-24yr olds. The £2m project has been funded by The Housing Corporation in partnership with Nottingham Community Housing Association and William Davis.

Wellington Street, Long Eaton William Davis has transformed the site of a former knitwear factory at Wellington Street in the heart of Long Eaton, Derbyshire, into a three storey apartment development in partnership with Riverside Midlands.
Cawston, Rugby A further phase of affordable housing has completed at the company's popular development at Cawston Fields, Rugby. As part of the S106 to provide affordable housing, our client for this phase was once again Orbit Housing.
Yeoman Street, Leicester William Davis was asked to negotiate this project to convert a disused hosiery factory dating back to 1902 into 40 smart 'city living' style apartments. Fabric has been named 'Regeneration Project of the Year' at the ProCon Leicestershire Awards 2007.
Nottingham City Hospital A Private Finance Initiative between Derwent Living and NHS Trust has provided new accomodation for the doctors and nurses of Nottingham City Hospital.
Kings Mill Hospital, Mansfield A £4m scheme supplying accommodation for 138 residents in two separate blocks for students, nurses and doctors at Kings Mill Hospital, a leading central Nottinghamshire NHS Trust based in Sutton-in-Ashfield.
Nightingale Road, Derby This site, formally owned by St Bartholomew's Church was acquired by William Davis on the open market. Formally a disused car park, a scheme was worked up with Leicester based Raglan Housing Association to provide a scheme of 18 flats, houses and bungalows.
Hill Court, Bushby, Leicester A new mixed tenure affordable housing project for this village location, plus a new doctor's surgery and resource centre has been developed in conjunction and partnership with East Midlands Housing Association and Harborough District Council.
Westminster Road, Handsworth, Birmingham A £3.8m regeneration project undertaken by William Davis and Urban Heart in the centre of Birmingham's inner city suburb, Handsworth. The scheme involved demolition of 15 derelict terrace properties to create 28 new family homes and community garden.
Nottingham Road, Spondon, Derby Won as a competitive tender, William Davis worked in partnership with Home Group to transform a former canal side factory site into 32 new homes. These consisted of 14 apartments and 18 two and three bedroom family houses for rent and shared ownership.
Southbridge, Northampton Provision of a new development of houses as part of a major redevelopment of former railway sidings, adjacent to the river Nene, on the outskirts of the town centre.
Babington Court, Derby Babington Court is a redeveloped six storey office block located on Gower Street, Derby. Previously a redundant office building, two new floors were added devloping this building into 51 luxury flats and apartments.
Hartington Street, Loughborough Former canal side industrial site, redeveloped to provide a mix of new and refurbished award winning properties for mixed use.
Alexandra Mills, Derby On a site identified and acquired by the Company, this scheme is a major mixed tenure urban regeneration project on the outskirts of Derby city centre.
Wright Wilson Street, Retford Regeneration of a brownfield site, formerly a derelict furniture store, for Nottingham Community HA, providing a mix of accommodation, including some for people with special needs.
Bakewell Street, Derby On the site of a former disused church, William Davis built 14 new two bedroom apartments following a successful tendering process.
Alfreton Road, Nottingham The second part of a major regeneration project, on a site accquire by William Davis. This phase involved the design and build of 80 apartments for a private client.
South Street, Oakham Regeneration of a contaminated brownfield site, a former petrol filling station, to provide accommodation for Advance Housing.
Great Northern Point, Derby William Davis acquired this former car park site which was previously used as a petrol filling station, to provide 40 new apartments for Derby Living, for shared ownership.
Meece Road, Coldmeece, Stafford Former disused MOD land, this rural exceptions site provided 16 houses and 4 flats, with 8 of the houses for sale and the remainder of the units for rent.
Morledge, Matlock Recently completed are 23 traditionally built homes in the limestone cliffs of Matlock, the County Town of Derbyshire. The scenic views over the beautiful Peak District National Park, this housing scheme, off Old Hackney Lane, has proved very popular with locals.
Bowden Lane, Market Harborough The scheme was developed in conjunction with East Midlands Housing Association and Advance Housing and Support to provide 9 flats for shared ownership plus 6 high dependency and 6 low dependency special needs accommodation flats.
Wychall Farm, King's Norton, Birmingham Phase 2.1 of this multi million pound major regeneration scheme comprising a further 65 homes with Phase 1 completed and comprising 100 homes.
