William Davis Partnerships is perhaps best known for its work with Registered Social Landlords (RSL's) and Local Authorities, having established an excellent reputation in this sector over the years. We have worked with many of the region's key organisations making up the affordable housing sector, a significant amount of which is repeat business, a fact that the Company is very proud of.
As well as the affordable housing that the Partnerships division provides, we have an established number of private clients for whom we have developed both speculative and bespoke schemes for the private market.
Our partnership work now extends across a wide range of sectors: Affordable accommodation; Market rent accommodation; Homes for the elderly and frail; Student and key worker accommodation; Special needs and care facilities; and Education, with the vast majority being undertaken on a partnering basis.
The company works with all procurement and contractual routes including tendered contracts and negotiated design and build. Projects themselves may be new build or refurbishment, many being urban regeneration on brownfield land, all of which are areas where we have a wealth of experience. At all times, we have a strong commitment to high standards of design, specification and build quality, whilst at the same time delivering projects on time and on budget.
